Waqrapukara full Day, for a spiritual ceremony in an ancient temple; This is the opportunity to experience the Andean culture on the mountains that were sacred to the Incas. Since the guided walk and the Waqrapukara ceremony are customized for your group, you will have the flexibility to walk at your own pace and enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the lesser known Inca archeological center.

Our pick-ups will take place from 3:00 to 3:30 am where we will pass by your respective hotel, then travel for a period of 2 hours to our tourist restaurant in Cusipata, where we will have breakfast included and then continue for a trip of 2 hours passing picturesque villages and beautiful landscapes such as lagoons and pampas where there are many cattle and then reach the roadside (PITUMARCA), where we will start with our walk to the archaeological center of WAQRAPUKARA, the distance is almost 8km and the road no It is very high is a comfortable level for any traveler who likes adventure and scenic places, in the place we will have the explanation and rituals, then take the photos and return to the town of SANTA LUCIA there take the car back to our camp from CUSIPTA and having the buffet lunch there, after tasting we will return to CUSCO for a trip of 2 more hours, our return will be like at 6:00 pm.

What you should bring:

A light day pack with a change of clothes for the whole period of the trek - prepare for a vast range of changes in temperature
Rain gear (jacket and pants if available) or rain poncho. Plastic ponchos can be bought for about $1 in Cusco .
trong footwear, waterproof trekking boots recommended. Extra socks are a must.
Sandals or plastic slip on thongs are also good to give your feet a chance to breath in the evenings if you wish to carry them.
Warm clothes, including jacket, fleeces, gloves, scarf and beanie/touk. Thermal clothing is also recommended, especially for sleeping. * This is a particularly cold trek, you should make sure you have a lot of very warm clothes.

Torch/ Flashlight and spare batteries
Camera, batteries (batteries consume more quickly under cold conditions)
Hat or cap to protect you from the sun, rain and cold

Snacks: biscuits, energy bars, chocolate, raw fruits, muesli, etc.
Non-disposable canteen (Nalgene type) and water for the first morning.
We advise you to bring water sterilizing tablets in case you collect water from streams.
Your own medical kit with any special medications that you might require, paracetamol, second skin for blisters etc.
